Any top long enough to cover my butt has my vote of confidence! When work gets super hectic the last thing you want is to be adjusting your clothing every time you sit down, so this conservative at first glance blouse from Zara is perfect. Take that blazer off though and things get a little more sassy. I've always found showing a little skin on your back is far sexier than a ton of cleavage. LuckyFABB Recap

LuckyFABB is a must if you are a fashion blogger. There is no other place you can go that allows you to truly be you, learn more about your craft, connect with people in the industry and make new blogger friends all at once! LuckyFABB is a conference that shows appreciation of beauty and individualism at it's best.

As a writer I really look up to Eva Chen, Editor in Chief of Lucky magazine. She is a joy to listen too and has definitely mastered the art of interviewing people. As well as hearing Sophia Amoruso, Founder and CEO of NastyGal we also got to see Nicole Richie and Coco Rocha, all very successful women.

Blogger Aimee Song spoke on the 'Next-Level Personal Style' panel. The ladies are having a little Selfie action here. Sorry this isn't that clear I didn't have a good angle from where I was sitting.

They put us to work too! ;) One of the vendors was using bracelets to aid families in Guatemala so they gave Luckyfabb bloggers the opportunity to make their own.

Into the Blue

As much as I love winter fashion there's something so freeing about the simplicity of a shift dress. It's an easy go to especially now while LA is being blessed with gorgeous sunny days. It's hump day which means a good number of you are dreaming about the weekend. Ladylike leather with a fresh hemline helps you get weekend chic ready. If you are not in Cali where the sun always shines you may want to wear knee- high boots instead of flats. Flat riding boots will maintain the casual vibe. Have a great day!

I'm yelling Timber!

I love singing along to the chorus of Kesha and Pitbull's song; I'm Yelling Timber. Somehow in my odd way of thinking I always connect the song to a lumberjack and my favorite pencil skirt. Not wanting the pattern of my skirt to be too reminiscent of said lumberjack I mixed it up with a Phillip Lim sweater.

Guess Who's Back?!

They call me Red

Richly colored berries always remind me of Fall and the nearing of Thanksgiving. Painting my nails in these luscious hues are usually the extent of my love for the berry shades, however these Dana Davis shoes I found in TJMaxx inspired me to wear matching tights (nylons as Americans would say)!
